I am a college student adventuring in South Korea for a semester--at least, that's what the majority of the reason I created this blog: to help keep in touch with those back home. Of course, I may keep it going after...
Anyway, I'm an English major with a TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) minor interested in culture and languages, amateur writer, photographer, traveler. Long term I'm not sure, but my idea is to graduate, pay off some loans debt and build some savings, and move abroad (probably to South Korea) to do some TESOL, and then maybe get a Masters in Applied Linguistics and teach at the University level. Who knows, just some options. Hopefully I'll do some freelance, publish some articles, maybe even some photojournalism, too.
For now, though, on to the adventure at hand!
