PCBSD

We prepared ourselves for the worst before it rained.

Everyone had said the cherry blossoms would be gone the next day, pummeled to the ground by the torrents.   Not so.

There were still quite a few attached to trees yet.

But shortly after, they did fall off.  And now, we struggle with PCBSD--Post Cherry Blossom Season Disorder.

This is all that's left.

Just a few, smaller, pinker, cherry-blossom-like trees.

Aren't they sad?

And then, there's the gray skies.

And the long walks uphill in the mountains...

To find a few flowers.

It may be tough to get over, but we think we'll make it.

After all, cherry blossom trees aren't the only plants on campus.

Remember these buds?

Well, they're not buds anymore.

And, look, bees!

We may have PCBSD, but we're doing what we can to keep our spirits up: wearing sun dresses and sunglasses in the 70 degree (F) weather, doing homework outside, eating ice cream, hitting the beach...
it's rough.

The cherry blossoms may be gone, but summer is almost here!
