As the title states, this is most definitely a food post. A delicious, chocolatey, gooey, brownie food post.
As nice as Korean food and dessert can be... Who am I kidding, these brownies were very Korean in nature.
OK, normal brownie box, but written in Korean.
But for those of you who can't read the small print on the bottom, it says "Authentic Bakery at Home."
Well what's the big deal about that?
In Korea, people don't really have ovens in their home--if you want baked goods, you go to Tour les Jours or ParisBaguette to buy them. Oh, how I miss baking.
So when it says "bakery at home" what do you bake in?
The microwave oven, of course!
Totally college kid friendly.
Except if you live in Alpha dorm at Grace college and burn them, setting off the fire alarm, AHEM.
But our brownies turned out beautifully.
What a great Saturday night. Brownies, milk, and Pitch Perfect.
*Contented Sigh*
